Born, raised, and living in Rainham, Kent Hayley Mill started One In a Million Virtual Assistant Services after two life changing events in 2020.
Sadly, my Dad passed away unexpectedly in February 2020 which shortly followed by me losing my job due to COVID (as my company had to scale back on employees).
Having worked in London for over 16 years as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, I wanted to put my wealth of experience to assist entrepreneurs and smaller businesses.
Whilst working on a COVID helpline I decided to take the plunge and set up my own business, OIAM Virtual Assistant Services.
The name of my business came from my first ever social media post on Instagram which was a picture of Me and my Dad with the tag line One In a Million.
I thought this would this be a fitting tribute to my Dad and a name that has a deep meaning to me.
Within two weeks of launching I had already secured my first two clients and it went from strength to strength.
Fast forward to 2024 and my business is coming up to its third anniversary, I am excited to announce the opening of my first office.
It is situated at the Innovation Studios, Canal Road, Rochester, Kent and officially opens on the 26th February 2024.
I am excited to provide a space for new and current clients to come grab a coffee and catch up.
I offer all the traditional personal assistant tasks and event planning and organisation virtually and in person.
