Dear readers,
Another week already, we’re getting closer to Christmas! It is my favourite time of year so I love see the decorations creeping out!
This week has been a busy one for calls, unfortunately not as productive as I hoped in terms of admin but we focus on this for next week. These last 2 days I have found the importance of scheduling the day from start to finish – even putting dog walk or gym into the diary so I know when it is all happening. Or, I can find I just whittle the day away thinking about when I am going to fit things into the day and before I know it, it’s 3pm…!
Ah, this is exactly where an assistant would come in very handy 😅

We are on the hunt for a venue for our event in January, planned for 30th Jan, 6-8pm. Unfortunately, the venue we had lined up is now unavailable so I am open to any thoughts and suggestions if you have any…
We announced our Pally Talk Perks and also our really exciting partnership with True Travel.
And, the Pally Talk membership grew by 87 assistants.

- Angharad Jones who helped with me renting a travel pram for my holiday in December! Rental was from BabyEase Cotswolds , highly recommend.
- Loïc Le Pape to discuss our partnership with Elite Private Household Consultancy and catering ideas for our upcoming event.
- Nick Cox to hear more about Immersive Ent and Parnexus – both companies that we will be listing on the Pally Talk Company Directory.
- Miss Jones Group to chat all things venues, event & logistics.
Targets for next week
- Hoping to have the event venue, food & drinks sorted for our end of January panel.
- Finalise the incredible list of panel speakers.
- Get on top of all admin and review the feedback from our most recent membership survey to see where we should focus our attention on going forward.
- Partner with more recruitment agencies to list their hybrid & remote roles on Pally Talk for our members.
